We are currently hiring for early morning schedules:
- 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Availability for these hours is required.

Our Minimum requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Must have a clean driving record along with zero DUIs
- Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from our location.(Public transportation is not an option).
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing
- Must be committed to serving clients the Sterling way!
Primary Job Duty is transporting our customers safely and efficiently to & from many locations throughout the entire Tri-State area and beyond. Including but not limited to:
- Airport Transfers
- As Directed
- Night-out
- Wedding
- Employee Shuttle

Competitive Pay:
Full-Time earn anywhere from $800 - $1500+ per week! Our performance bonus program allows you to make $800.00 per week minimum [requires (5) 10-hour shifts of availability].
Part-Time earn anywhere between $325.00 - $825.00 per week depending on availability. Our performance bonus allows you to make a MINIMUM of $325.00 per week [requires (2) 10-hour shifts of availability].
Schedules:
- 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Specialized Training: Classroom & On-the-road training along with certifying with the Smith-System Defensive Driving
Latest Tech & Equipment: Our mobile app integrates directly with our back-office to keep operations and drivers working together efficiently.
Medical Benefits: Eligible chauffeurs will have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance in addition to a 401k plan with a company match. [*must be over 30hrs per week for medical benefits]
Safety: We take every precaution to ensure the safety of both our passengers & chauffeurs. Safety is paramount! We will have you certified via Smith-System Defensive Driving class within the first two weeks.
