Responsibilities
- Bill and process vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
- Finalize deals and post to accounting
- Calculate gross profit, commissions, receivables, and payables
- Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams
Qualifications
- Dealership accounting experience required
- Automotive billing experience preferred
- CDK DMS experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
