Part-Time Bartender – The Brickhouse (Eastham, MA)
The Brickhouse is a busy, year-round restaurant on Cape Cod with an 18-seat horseshoe bar at the center of the action. We’re looking for a skilled, reliable bartender who can handle volume, connect with guests, and move with urgency.
This is not a slow bar. You’ll be managing bar guests, service tickets, and keeping the energy up—especially during peak nights and summer season.
What You’ll Do
- Run an 18-seat horseshoe bar with confidence and speed
- Make consistent, high-quality cocktails and pour a strong beer/wine program
- Handle service bar tickets while maintaining guest experience at the bar
- Engage with guests—this is a social, personality-driven role
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Work closely with servers and kitchen to keep service smooth
