Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Dental treatment coordinator for weekends ,(Saturday,Sunday)who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and streamlining clinic operations. This multifaceted role combines leadership, patient coordination, and new lead management to ensure the smooth functioning of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong patient management skills, experience with offering big treatment plans , and a proactive approach to practice growth. Duties
- Manage patient flow, coordinate treatment plans, and serve as the primary treatment coordinator for Spanish-speaking patientsforweekends
- Have excellent patient managemnt skills.
- Supervise staff including front desk personnel, dental assistants, and administrative support to foster a motivated and efficient team environment
- Develop and implement new patient lead strategies to grow the practice’s client base and increase revenue streams
Requirements
- Proven experience in presenting treatment plans
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse patient populations
- Solid understanding of offering financing options like Cherry, Care credit andProceed fianance.
- work on filling the schedule with existing patients and follow the new leads .

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
