Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide specialized instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to maximize student success
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
