Studio Sales Director
If You Can Sell, We Can Teach You the Rest.
Schedule: 6-Day Work Week
Sale Size: $500-$1,000 treatment plans
Team: 1-2 people
Pay: Base + Commission + Studio Performance Bonus
Training: Full hands-on training provided
Let's make this simple.
We don't need another retail manager.
We don't need someone who's great at making schedules.
And we don't need someone who thinks giving a great product explanation is the same thing as selling.
We need a closer.
Someone who can sit across from a client, figure out what they actually want, build value, handle the objection, and confidently ask for the sale.
You'll run your own We Whiten studio.
But we're hiring you for one reason above everything else:
You can sell.
THE JOB
Clients come to us because they want a better smile.
You'll help them choose treatment plans typically ranging from $500-$1,000.
Then you'll personally help deliver the service they purchased.
This is a hands-on role. You're not sitting in an office managing people who perform the service. You'll work directly with clients, so steady hands, attention to detail, and the ability to follow a precise process are important.
Never performed teeth whitening before?
That's okay.
We'll provide the full hands-on training you need to confidently and consistently perform our service.
We can teach the service.
We're hiring for the salesperson.
This is also a six-day work week, so we're looking for someone with the energy, discipline, and work ethic to consistently perform at a high level.
Your job is to turn interest into action.
You'll own:
- Revenue
- Close rate
- Average sale
- Follow-up
- Weekly goals
- Monthly goals
- Performing services
- A small team of 1-2 people
- The performance of your studio
Can we teach you how to perform the service?
Yes.
Can we teach you how to open and close a studio?
Yes.
Can we teach you our systems?
Yes.
Can we teach you our product?
Absolutely.
But we don't want to teach you how to sell from scratch.
YOU KNOW HOW TO CLOSE.
When a client says:
"I need to think about it."
You don't immediately respond:
"No problem! Let us know."
You find out what they actually need to think about.
Price?
Timing?
Trust?
Value?
An unanswered question?
You're comfortable talking about money.
You're comfortable asking questions.
You're comfortable hearing objections.
And you're comfortable asking someone to make a decision.
No pressure. No weird tactics. Just good sales.
YOU OWN THE NUMBER.
You don't need someone calling you Friday afternoon to tell you you're behind.
You already know.
You know your target.
You know your close rate.
You know your average ticket.
You know what's sitting in follow-up.
And when the number isn't where it needs to be:
You change something.
Better discovery.
Better follow-up.
Better objection handling.
More urgency.
More role play.
More reps.
Whatever the constraint is:
Find it. Fix it. Move the number.
YOU'RE A PLAYER-COACH.
You'll lead 1-2 people.
But you won't stand on the sidelines telling them to sell more.
You'll show them.
Take consultations.
Close customers.
Perform services.
Role-play objections.
Listen to their pitch.
Correct what's weak.
Reinforce what's working.
Lead from the front.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS IF...
- You've carried a real sales target.
- You like closing.
- You're competitive.
- Commission motivates you.
- You like knowing exactly where you stand.
- You're comfortable discussing price.
- You understand objection handling.
- You follow up relentlessly.
- You move fast.
- You take ownership.
- You're comfortable working directly with clients.
- You have steady hands and strong attention to detail.
- You're excited to learn a hands-on service.
- You have the work ethic for a six-day work week.
- You don't need someone constantly managing you.
- You want your income tied to your ability to produce.
Automotive. Wireless. Home improvement. Fitness sales. Door-to-door. High-ticket retail. Inside sales. B2C closing.
We don't really care where you learned it.
We care whether you can sell.
YOU'LL HATE THIS IF...
You want a job where showing up is enough.
You hate being measured.
You avoid asking for the sale.
You think follow-up is annoying.
You blame the leads when your numbers are down.
You'd rather manage salespeople than personally sell.
You don't want to personally work with clients and perform services.
You want a traditional five-day work week.
Or you're looking for a comfortable retail management position.
This isn't that.
HOW YOU WIN
Your scorecard is straightforward:
Revenue.
Close rate.
Average ticket.
Follow-up conversion.
Goal attainment.
Team performance.
The studio should perform better because you're running it.
Period.
