Our Joplin, MO branch is actively searching out experienced Journeyman electricians to join our team!
What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings to plan and execute work
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and other electrical components to code
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform timely, effective repairs
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Supervise and mentor apprentices, providing guidance and oversight on job sites
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job progress
- Lead job tasks independently or as part of a crew
- Follow and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Travel to job sites as needed within the service area
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
