Your SOQ must specifically address the following questions below in the required format to be considered for this position; applications submitted with incomplete or no SOQ will be disqualified for this position.
When preparing your SOQ, please follow these guidelines:
• The information you provide must be complete and presented in a clear and concise manner.
• Your SOQ must be typewritten using Arial 12-point font
• SOQ must be limited to no more than two (2) typewritten pages, letter size (8.5" x 11 ")
• SOQ must be clearly identified at the top of page one, including your name
• Each of the questions listed below must be used as headings in your SOQ
• Responses must include the question and must be numbered in the same order

1. Describe how your knowledge, skills, education and/or experience qualifies you for the position.
2. Describe your experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including federal, state, and local government agencies.
3. Describe your experience with social service programs.
This position requires a background investigation, including criminal conviction history screening, before hire (IRS Publication 1075). Applicants are required to submit fingerprints via the Live Scan process to the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Background clearance is a condition of employment for this position.
