Job Title: Fulfillment and Distribution Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fulfillment and Distribution Technician to join our CSH Wyoming LLC team. This role is responsible for assisting with the management of inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods in our warehouse or distribution center. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of organization and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory, ensuring proper documentation and quality control.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company systems
- Label, sort, and organize products for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Perform routine inventory audits and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Support other warehouse tasks, including returns processing and restocking.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in fulfillment, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable transportation to get to and from work
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Work is primarily performed in a warehouse environment, with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
