Shift: 2nd Shift
We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Assembly workers for a manufacturing facility in Cusseta, Alabama. This position involves assembling automotive components in a fast-paced production environment while meeting quality and production standards.
Job Duties

Assemble parts and components according to work instructions

Operate basic hand tools and production equipment

Inspect completed parts for defects and quality issues

Load and unload parts from production stations as needed

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Maintain production speed and meet daily production goals

Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards

Report damaged parts, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors

Work as part of a team to keep the production line running efficiently
Skills and Experience:
Requirements

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

Ability to lift and move materials as required

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions

Must be available to work 2nd shift and overtime as required
