Associate Dentist (ownership track)
Dental on First in New Prague is seeking an Associate Dentist who is excited about the rare opportunity to help build, shape, and ultimately own a thriving private practice. This is not a traditional associate role, as you will be the primary doctor in the office, leading clinical care day‑to‑day while receiving direct mentorship and business guidance from the owner dentist.

You will step into an inherited patient base, modern technology, and a 4‑operatory layout designed for efficient, comfortable care. For the right candidate, this position is intentionally structured as a partner‑to‑owner pathway, giving you the chance to grow the practice as if it were your own, and eventually make it your own.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead clinical care as the primary doctor — Manage patient flow, clinical decisions, and daily operations with autonomy.
- A true ownership pathway — Build the practice as the primary doctor, with structured mentorship guiding you toward ownership.
- Provide comprehensive, accurate treatment planning — Develop thorough, well‑sequenced plans that address patients’ full clinical needs.
- Communicate treatment confidently and directly with patients — Support informed decision‑making through clear, chairside conversations.
- Deliver a wide range of general dentistry procedures — Perform most treatments independently with support from a skilled team.
- Demonstrate emerging leadership within the practice — Collaborate with the team, take initiative, and help shape the practice’s clinical culture.

Qualifications:
- Interest and/or proficiency in other areas of practice aside from General Dentistry including but not limited to extractions, molar endodontics, implant restorations and more
- 1-year clinical experience preferred – open to new Dentist graduates
- Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Solid understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and employment law
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold team members accountable
Schedule:
- Monday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Tuesday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
*Flexible schedule design can be discussed in a further interview
Compensation:
- $12,000 welcome bonus
- $12,500 monthly guarantee + 35% of net production after break-even point
