Our client is expanding their Cincinnati team and is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join them as In-Store Sales Associates. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in customer engagement, sales, and retail promotions while working alongside a supportive and energetic team.
No previous sales experience is necessary—if you have a positive attitude, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn, full training will be provided from day one.
About the Role
As an In-Store Sales Associate, you'll represent well-known brands through face-to-face customer interactions inside busy retail environments. You'll introduce current promotions, answer customer questions, recommend suitable products or services, and help customers complete their purchases while delivering an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail locations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Introduce current products, services, and promotional offers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process with excellent service.
- Build positive relationships that create a memorable customer experience.
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Help maintain an attractive, organized promotional area.
- Assist with event preparation, merchandising, and promotional displays when required.
