We are seeking a results-oriented Tire Sales & Service Specialist to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves customer engagement, tire sales optimization, B2B prospecting, and operational coordination to ensure seamless service execution. This position offers a base salary of $60,000 per year, along with a performance bonus based on the number of tires sold, new B2B customers onboarded, and other key performance indicators. Additional benefits include 14 days of paid time off (PTO), 5 paid sick days per year, and a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST schedule.
