Production Associate
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility in the Bloomington/Normal area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, supporting production operations in a clean, climate-controlled environment that offers full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing.

- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Summary:
Production Associate
Responsibilities & Duties
• Support daily production operations by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products
- Operate basic production or assembly equipment according to standardized work instructions
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Package finished goods according to work orders and customer requirements
- Accurately complete production documentation and labeling
- Maintain consistent workflow to meet production goals
- Communicate with Team Leader/Group Leader regarding quality, equipment, or material issues
- Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and setup as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including housekeeping and waste removal
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures
- Support Team Members and Team Leaders to ensure production efficiency
Requirements & Expectations
• Ability to pass a 7-year background screen & drug test
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand 8–12 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
