The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for an Administrative Analyst. The immediate vacancy is located at the Educational Technology and Support (ETS) Department. Under general supervision, assists an administrator of complex administrative, business related studies, and clerical details; compiles and reports data used to address administrative problems and needs, and improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and management decision-making; budget preparation and control; composing and editing departmental publications; gathering and synthesizing information; carrying out complex, but well defined projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in business administration, public administration, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, or a field closely related to the knowledge and abilities requirements of this classification, from an institution of higher learning recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Experience:
(a) Six (6) months of experience in compiling and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations regarding business processes and functions such as budgets, accounting, procurement, workflow, human resources, systems implementation, or record systems is required.
Preference:
Knowledge of Adult Education programs, including accreditation compliance as related to Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and the Counsel on Occupational Education (COE).
**Master’s degree closely related to the knowledge and abilities of this classification may substitute for the experience requirement.

Pay: $5,732.60 - $6,951.01 per month
