Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our 3PL warehousing team. This role serves as the primary liaison between our clients and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional account management in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact via phone and email communication for dedicated 3PL client accounts, handling inquiries regarding order status, inventory levels, and shipping discrepancies.
- WMS Data Management: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) daily to track, enter, and monitor inbound and outbound orders, inventory adjustments, and stock levels.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate closely with the warehouse floor managers, shipping/receiving teams, and carriers to resolve order issues or expedite high-priority shipments.
- Bilingual Coordination: Fluently handle client communications and internal coordination in both English and Spanish.
- Problem Resolution: Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, or transit delays, keeping the client informed every step of the way.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of customer service experience, ideally within a 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track orders and inventory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Logistics Mindset: A strong understanding of supply chain concepts like SKU management, FIFO/LIFO, bill of lading (BOL), and freight carrier coordination.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability, strong written communication, a calm under-pressure attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
