Our Associate Development Program is designed to help therapists build confidence, clinical skill, and professional competence.
Associates receive regular supervision, mentorship, consultation, and ongoing support from experienced clinicians who genuinely enjoy teaching and developing newer therapists.
Many of our associates have passed their licensing exams on the first attempt and have credited their training, supervision, and clinical experience at TFC as a major contributor to their success.

Schedule & Flexibility
This is a full-time hybrid position.
While we maintain office-based services because of strong client demand for in-person therapy, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and work-life balance.
We work collaboratively with clinicians to create schedules that meet both client needs and therapist preferences whenever possible.
Many clinicians appreciate having a combination of office-based and remote work throughout the week.
