Since 1986, our family-owned company has managed neighborhood homes for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. As Residential Manager, you will oversee Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA - residential group home settings) to assure quality care and a positive environment for those living and working there.
Job duties include:

Hire, train, develop and coach staff

Oversee and approve staff schedules and payroll reports

Manage financial targets and records
-
Lead communication with staff and resolve concerns to build positive work teams

Partner with clinical services team to accomplish excellent client care
Requirements:
-
2 or more years of leadership experience in a CILA, long-term care or other residential setting

Supervisory experience
-
ADSP (Authorized Direct Support Person) certification preferred

Valid Driver's License
-
High School or equivalent education
