What You’ll Do
Our field case managers serve as vital members of the care team, providing expert medical case management services to injured workers. You’ll coordinate care, collaborate with treating providers, and guide injured workers through the recovery process—always with the backing of a seasoned and responsive support team.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking field case management professionals who:
- Are passionate about patient advocacy and improving outcomes

- Have strong communication and clinical assessment skills

Qualifications for success:
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Experience in case management of workers comp cases, preferred
- Skilled at patient education
- Recommended certifications CCM strongly preferred; will need to obtain within two years of hire date
- Valid driver’s license, and good driving history
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal oversight
- Skills required for success: organization and timeline adherence skills, PC and technology skills, communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
