The Food & Beverage Server provides attentive, friendly service to guests in the resort’s dining and bar areas, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role helps create a welcoming atmosphere for golfers, RV guests, and event attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and present menus, specials, and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
- Make menu recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with state laws and resort policy
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions
- Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas before, during, and after service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Support beverage cart service on the course as needed
- Assist with banquets, events, and tournament catering as needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible-alcohol-service procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) where required
- Basic math skills and comfort operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak season

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (trays, supplies, equipment)
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation:
