Objective:
The Caregiver Success Manager will play a key role in facilitating and coordinating support for our caregiving team from hire to entire journey of employment and in providing excellent customer service to our employees. The position requires interaction with co-workers, clients, and caregivers, and the ability to build positive, productive relationships while maintaining a professional business image.
Essential Functions
Onboarding & Development
- Partner with HR to onboard new caregivers and communicate company values, expectations, and opportunities.
- Develop and coordinate individualized support plans for the first 90 days and beyond.
- Coordinate orientation, online and hands-on training, shadow shifts, introductions, skills evaluations, and periodic check ins to boost retention efforts.
- Facilitate Annual Training for CGs and ensure they are compliant.
- Monitor onboarding progress and ensure required training and activities are completed.
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Identify ongoing training needs and coordinate professional development and in-field coaching.
Caregiver Retention & Engagement
- Build positive relationships with caregivers and promote open communication with the administrative team.
- Conduct caregiver check-ins and provide coaching, support, and policy reinforcement.
- Assist with resolving employment-related concerns and direct caregivers to appropriate company resources.
- Support recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen caregiver retention and company culture.
- Provide basic in-field skills support and coordinate additional coaching when needed.
- Partner with Territory Managers and HR on performance concerns, escalations, and terminations.
- Assist with caregiver compliance, documentation, and HR-related matters.
- Support incoming caregiver calls and HR-related inquiries when in the office.
Operational & Team Support
- Maintain accurate documentation, communication, and workflow related to caregiver support.
- Participate in strategy meetings, training initiatives, and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve caregiver retention, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Complete special projects assigned by leadership.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
