Receptionist (Full-Time | Paid Position)

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. In this key role, you’ll manage front desk operations, support daily administrative tasks, and create a welcoming, professional experience for visitors, clients, and team members.

What You’ll Do
- Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Answer, screen, and route calls using a multi-line phone system with efficiency and courtesy
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining visitor records
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general office coordination tasks
- Maintain organized files and accurate records, including data entry and proofreading
- Support calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
- Assist with general administrative duties such as preparing correspondence and organizing documents
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication across the organization
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office or clerical experience with strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, data entry, and general office procedures
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and phone etiquette skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
