- Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Proficient with Dentrix dental software.
- Experience assisting with a wide range of general dental procedures.
- Ability to take digital dental X-rays.
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office.
- Current dental assisting and radiology certifications as required by state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during all phases of dental treatment.
- Take digital dental X-rays.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Monitor clinical inventory and maintain supplies.
- Deliver exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with the dental team.
