4 Piston Racing is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as an Engine Disassembly & Prep Technician. This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the high-performance automotive industry.
You do not need years of experience. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
What You'll Do
- Disassemble Honda engines and cylinder heads.
- Clean and organize engine components.
- Inspect parts for wear or damage.
- Label and organize customer parts.
- Prepare components for machining and assembly.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Work alongside experienced engine builders while learning our processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable and on time every day.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Passion for cars and motorsports is a plus—but not required.
