We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Order Processing Assistant to support our daily operations.

What You'll Do
As an Order Processing Assistant, you'll help coordinate the flow of restaurant inventory and supply orders from request to fulfillment. This position combines administrative coordination with hands-on operational support, making each day both engaging and rewarding.
Daily Responsibilities
- Process internal supply and inventory requests from restaurant teams.
- Review order details for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to prepare requested items.
- Update order status using company inventory systems.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding product availability.
- Help organize inventory records and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with resolving order discrepancies or missing items.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when restocking is needed.
- Prepare reports related to daily order activity when requested.
- Support continuous improvement of operational workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and learning inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn new processes.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
