Summary
The Membership Growth Specialist is responsible for establishing relationships in the community and building links with the medical centers; they are primarily responsible for connecting with people. They represent the company and serve as a liaison between the organization and the community.
Duties and Responsibilities

Cultivate strong relationships and build a work plan with health plans, individual agents, brokers, social workers, case managers, senior housing managers & community partners.

Overseeing the planning of outreach strategies.

Build a sales pipeline by generating leads from field activities, networking, referrals, and outreach.

Implement, manage, and monitor sales activity to meet the department’s business plan and market share objectives.

Maintain a calendar of outreach activities and community events.

Set up community events to bring in prospects but also support our brokers and agents.

Generate strategies to impact different geographical regions and people from different status.

Make strategies to attract new patients to the clinics by guiding them on all our services and visit them at home if necessary.

Complete new patient documents, coordinate a tour of our facilities and schedule their first appointment.

Always provide customer service in order to ensure patient retention.

Works directly with the marketing department in the creation of the sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with customers, and maximizing potential revenue.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:

Minimum of two years of experience in the field

Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual

Good attitude and willing to assist in the community

Team player

Detail-oriented individual with skills to handle multiple projects at a time

Knowledge of social media and marketing platforms

MS Office programs experience including excel.
