Job Summary
Storage Caves is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help grow our brand awareness, social media presence, and community engagement throughout Georgia.
This position goes beyond traditional social media management. We are looking for a strategic marketer who can leverage social media, AI-powered marketing tools, automation, local partnerships, and content strategies to drive measurable growth.
The ideal candidate will develop and execute growth initiatives that increase brand awareness, social media engagement, local market visibility, and customer acquisition while creating scalable systems that support long-term growth.
We are looking to hire quickly and want someone who can begin making an impact immediately.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy.
- Increase Storage Caves' visibility and brand awareness throughout Georgia.
- Identify opportunities to grow followers, engagement, and local market reach.
- Establish KPIs and measurable growth objectives.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Create and maintain content calendars.
- Develop engaging content that aligns with company branding.
- Monitor platform performance and audience engagement.
- Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
AI & Marketing Technology
- Utilize AI tools to improve content creation, research, analytics, and marketing workflows.
- Recommend and implement AI-powered marketing solutions.
- Identify compliant automation opportunities that improve efficiency and audience engagement.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and growth tactics.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, influencers, chambers of commerce, and community groups.
- Identify partnership opportunities that increase brand awareness.
- Engage with local communities and online audiences.
- Support local marketing and outreach initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report:
- Follower growth
- Engagement rates
- Reach and impressions
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Campaign performance
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of social media, digital marketing, or growth marketing experience.
- Proven experience growing social media audiences and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Located in Georgia.
- Experience marketing local service-based businesses.
- Experience with multi-location businesses.
- Graphic design and video editing experience.

We are not looking for a lengthy business plan before hiring. We want to understand how you think, your experience, and your ability to execute.
30-Day Paid Trial
The selected candidate will begin with a paid 30-day trial engagement.
Compensation: $30-$50 per hour
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
During the first 30 days, the candidate will:
- Conduct a social media audit
- Develop a detailed growth strategy
- Create and publish content
- Execute growth initiatives
- Engage with local communities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Implement approved AI and automation tools
- Track and report performance metrics
Within the first 2-3 weeks, the candidate will present a formal growth roadmap and recommendations for scaling Storage Caves' marketing efforts.
Ongoing Engagement
Successful candidates may transition into an ongoing role.
Compensation: $30-$50 per hour
Hours: 15-25 hours per week
Performance bonuses may be available based on growth objectives, engagement metrics, lead generation, and overall business impact.

Within the first six months, you will:
