First Care Walk-In Clinic is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time/PRN Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced urgent care environment and is willing to assist with both radiology and clinical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform limited scope X-rays in accordance with state regulations and clinic protocols.
- Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure patient safety.
- Maintain and operate X-ray equipment properly.
- Assist providers with patient care and clinic flow.
- Support front and back office operations as needed.
- Document accurately in the EMR system.
- Maintain exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
Qualifications:
- Current Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist certification/license required.
- Previous urgent care or clinic experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Preferred: Ability and willingness to function as a Medical Assistant (MA) when needed, including obtaining vital signs, rooming patients, performing CLIA-waived testing, injections, and assisting providers.
Schedule:
- Part-Time / PRN
- Flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
