What You Will Do
- Lead multiple civil engineering projects from concept through completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
- Lead H&H analyses, stormwater design, and technical oversight across drainage, water, wastewater, and transportation projects
- Review plans, specs, calculations, reports, and permit applications
- Support proposals and client development efforts
What We Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license in Florida or Alabama, or the ability to obtain licensure
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience
- Proven track record managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
- Strong background in municipal infrastructure, stormwater, drainage, hydrology, and hydraulics
- AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR or other hydraulic modeling software experience preferred
