We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Admin to join our collaborative team in Mooresville, Indiana. This role performs administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of Human Resources processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, temporary staffing administration and employee engagement to support the smooth operation of HR processes within the facility.

What our HR Admin will be accountable for at QPSI?
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and escalate complex matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, workplace conflicts, safety incidents, employee complaints, and policy concerns to the HR Generalist and/or site leadership.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, which includes but is not limited to; employee relations, recruitment, temporary workforce administration, new hire onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for onboarding and offboarding processes, including recruitment, interview scheduling, new hire orientations, pre-employment tests, reference checks, job postings and exit interviews of personnel.
- Maintain accurate personnel files, HRIS records, I-9 documentation, and other employment records to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Maintain temporary staffing agency records, process staffing invoices, and support temporary-to-permanent employee conversions.
- Audit weekly time and attendance records of hourly personnel on an ongoing basis to support accurate payroll processing and adherence with company policy.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Facilitate cGMP, Safety, and Harassment Prevention training for new employees to support organizational and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with safety incidents and investigations by gathering information, documenting findings and maintaining confidential personnel files.
- Assist with maintenance of internal Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain accurate records for personnel changes related to new hires, transfers, position changes and separations.
- Participate in planning and execution of HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns.
What Qualified Candidates for the HR Admin role must have to be successful at QPSI?
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Administrative Experience in Human Resources, Training or related experience preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take the initiative.
- Ability to read, write and understand English, bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and protected employee information.
- Familiarity with HRIS system, ADP preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
