Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant/Chauffeur to provide exceptional transportation and administrative support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with client and ensuring their travel needs are met with precision, safety, and a high level of service. Your expertise in driving luxury vehicles, navigating local routes, and providing outstanding customer service will be essential to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles, including chauffeur-driven cars, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Plan and execute efficient routes using GPS navigation and navigation software to ensure timely arrivals.
- Assist passengers with baggage handling, ensuring smooth boarding and disembarking processes.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles to uphold a professional image.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized service throughout each journey.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide additional support such as running errands, making deliveries, or shuttle driving as needed for clients’ convenience.
- Help pick up kids and drop offs
- personal assistant will help with picking kids up, dropping them off to different school events, pick up and drop off at school
- Assistance with personal and managing personal affairs.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving, limousine service, shuttle driving, or as a delivery driver.
- Strong knowledge of local driving routes, traffic patterns, and navigation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle luxury vehicles with professionalism and care.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on passenger safety and comfort.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and adherence to traffic laws.
- Prior experience in hospitality or client-facing roles that require discretion and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred.
- Child care experience is a plus, but not a must.
