Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing projects—handling everything from initial intake and estimation, submission to insurance carriers, to scheduling and project closeout.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of asbestos abatement or similar work (e.g. mold remediation) and proficiency of Xactimate for , competitive estimating.
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 per year plus bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Intake & Estimating: Review project leads, conduct site visits, and utilize Xactimate to write detailed, accurate estimates.
- Project Scheduling: Coordinate with field resources and the customer to schedule testing, abatement services, and final walkthroughs.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM, logging all customer interactions and project milestones.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local NCR (VA/MD/DC) regulations.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and the client.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in asbestos abatement or mold remediation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of asbestos regulations in the DMV area.
- Software: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certifications: Valid Asbestos Supervisor License (VA, MD, or DC).
- OSHA 30 (Preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
