Duties
Customer Service and Tenant Relations
- Serve as the initial point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff, ensuring all interactions are professional, courteous, and solution focused.
- Provide directions, answer inquiries, and assist with tenant needs in a helpful and respectful manner.
- Address tenant concerns or disturbances diplomatically and elevate issues appropriately when necessary.
- Monitor premises continuously using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance rounds to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
Access, Patrol & Surveillance
- Monitor building access to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure a secure environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior spaces including lobbies, garages, stairwells, rooftops, and mechanical areas.
- Monitor camera surveillance systems for suspicious, unusual, or unsafe activity and respond appropriately.
Safety & Incident Response
- Observe and report hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual activity promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents calmly and professionally.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of incidents using standardized reporting procedures.
- Assist first responders, as needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in security operations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems is preferred
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial
- Familiarity with security procedures including access control, incident reporting, and emergency protocols is required
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and integrity
Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
Pay: $18.39 per hour
