growing commercial construction company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across multiple markets throughout the United States.

What You'll Do
- Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate daily construction operations and maintain project momentum
- Drive projects to successful completion while meeting budget and schedule expectations
- Partner with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Serve as the primary field representative for owners, inspectors, and trade partners

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects
- History of successfully completing projects in the $2M–$15M+ range
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Ability to travel full-time
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Stable work history with demonstrated project completion success
