Our Core Values
These are not words on a wall. They are how we hire, how we lead, and how we make decisions every day. If these resonate with you, keep reading. If they don't, this seat is not for you.
- Faith — We are a faith-based organization and that informs everything

Job Overview
We are hiring an Events & Strategic Partner to own the execution of our live event portfolio and build the strategic partnership engine that surrounds it.
This is a high-ownership, high-trust seat that combines event execution, partnership development, and revenue generation through sponsors and referral relationships. The right person executes brilliantly in this role today and grows with the company tomorrow.
This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO. Strong performance in the first 6 to 12 months opens a path to expanded operational responsibility, including oversight of select vendor and contractor relationships across the GSD team.
Mission of the Role
Deliver world-class GSD events that change lives and build a network of strategic partners that creates value for our members and generates referral revenue for the company.
Success in this role is measured by event execution quality, sponsor and partnership revenue, member experience scores, and the strength of the partner network you build.
Proximity Opens Doors
At Grow Stack Drive, we believe proximity is a cheat code. The next level in our members' lives is almost always tied to a relationship, the right room, the right conversation, the right partner at the right time.
This role is the architect of those rooms and the curator of those partnerships. You will be the person who decides who walks into a GSD event, who sits next to our members at dinner, and which strategic partners earn the right to serve them.
The Event Portfolio You Will Own
You are responsible for the planning, execution, and post-event follow-through across the GSD live event calendar:
- Corner Couple's Weekend — July 31 to August 1, 2026, Alpharetta, GA (with Dr. Emerson & Sarah Eggerichs)
- 14 Frequencies Book Launch — August 18-20, 2026, Alpharetta, GA (co-owned with the CEO)
- Fall Mastermind — October 23 to 25, 2026, Black Desert Resort, St. George, UT
- Corner Men's Weekend — December 4 to 6, 2026, Alpharetta, GA (with Horst Schulze)
- CREATE Conference — January 2027, including sponsor acquisition and on-site execution
Each event has its own audience, format, and revenue model. You own the calendar, the run-of-show, the vendor relationships, the on-site experience, and the post-event follow-up that converts attendees into deeper engagement with GSD.
The Strategic Partnership Engine
GSD's members are high-performing faith-based entrepreneurs. They need specialized expertise across operations, finance, fractional leadership, and other professional services. Strategic Partners are the trusted providers who serve our members and pay GSD a referral commission for the introduction.
Our current partner network spans several categories, including:
- Corporate structuring and tax strategy providers
- Fractional COO and operational leadership firms
- Fractional finance, controller, and executive search services
- Men's programming and personal development networks
- Subject-matter experts who speak at GSD events and provide services to our members
You will manage and deepen the existing partnerships, source new ones, negotiate terms, track referrals, and ensure both sides of every partnership feel served.
Key Responsibilities
Events
- Own end-to-end planning and execution for all GSD live events listed above
- Build and manage relationships with high-profile speakers and guests, including hospitality, travel, green-room experience, and pre and post-event communication
- Develop church venue partnerships for hosting GSD events in key markets
- Manage venue contracts, vendor relationships, AV, F&B, lodging logistics, and on-site experience
- Build and execute the project plan for each event, including timelines, budgets, and contingencies
- Run point on-site during events; handle the issues no attendee should ever see
- Lead post-event debriefs, capture lessons learned, and improve the playbook each cycle
Strategic Partnerships
- Manage and grow GSD's existing strategic partner relationships
- Source and onboard new strategic partners aligned with GSD members' needs
- Negotiate referral terms, track referrals through to close, and ensure commissions are paid accurately and on time
- Coordinate partner speaking slots, services offerings, and member introductions
- Maintain the partner CRM with active deals, referrals, and revenue attribution
CREATE Sponsor Acquisition
- Build the sponsor target list for CREATE 2027 and beyond
- Develop sponsor packages, pricing, and deliverables
- Manage sponsor outreach, contracting, and on-site activation
Who We Are Looking For
- 3+ years executing live events at the $50K to $1M+ budget range, ideally in conferences, masterminds, retreats, or large hospitality settings
- Demonstrated experience building or managing strategic partnerships, sponsorship pipelines, or referral networks
- Comfortable with high-stakes execution and last-minute problem solving without losing composure
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to negotiate terms that protect both sides of a relationship
- Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Faith-driven and genuinely aligned with the mission of serving Christian entrepreneurs
- Ownership mindset — brings solutions, owns outcomes, and grows the seat
Growth Path
This role reports directly to the Founder & CEO. Strong performance in the first 6 to 12 months opens a path to expanded operational responsibility, including oversight of select vendor and contractor relationships across the GSD team. We are looking for someone who can execute brilliantly in this seat today and grow with the company tomorrow.
