About the Opportunity
We are a premier, high-volume automotive dealership group running a state-of-the-art pre-owned superstore facility in Swansea, MA. Because our inventory turns over rapidly and we maintain a high-capacity reconditioning and collision workflow, we are looking for an experienced, reliable Automotive Body Technician to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs, including panel replacement, structural alignment, and dent repair on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Assess vehicle damage and accurately execute repairs according to industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Operate frame machines, welding equipment, and specialized body repair tools efficiently.
- Work efficiently to ensure reconditioning and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional automotive collision repair experience required.
- Certifications: I-CAR Gold Class certifications or ASE certifications are highly preferred and will push your starting hourly rate and sign-on bonus to the top tier of the scale.
- Tools: Must possess your own complete set of tools suitable for a professional body tech role.
- Skills: Proficient in frame pulling, structural repair, welding, and meticulous panel fitment.
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
