Naioth in Ramah Counseling Services is seeking an experienced New Jersey Registered Nurse to serve as our Health Care Practitioner Supervisor as we expand our home care operations and complete our Health Care Service Firm (HCSF) licensure requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants to earn additional income without committing to a traditional staff position. The role offers flexibility, minimal hours initially, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the agency's designated Health Care Practitioner Supervisor.
- Provide nursing consultation and clinical oversight.
- Assist with policy and procedure development.
- Review client assessments and care plans as needed.
- Support compliance with New Jersey Health Care Service Firm regulations.
- Participate in quality assurance and regulatory readiness activities.
- Provide professional guidance regarding client care and service delivery.
- Be available for occasional meetings and consultations.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience preferred.
- Home care, community health, case management, public health, MLTSS, or healthcare administration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment.
Compensation
- $75–$100 per hour depending on experience.
- Flexible consulting arrangement.
- Potential monthly retainer option available.
