Job Requirements:
Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology with pediatric cardiac anesthesia fellowship training or significant experience in Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia
Caring for the full spectrum of congenital heart disease, including neonates, adult CHD, catheterization, and CHD patients undergoing non-cardiac surgeries.
Leadership experience in program development and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Participate in Pediatric Cardiac Call

Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a physician-owned and long-established private practice, is seeking a Director of Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia to join our growing congenital heart program at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital and provide clinical and strategic leadership. In May 2026, Mary Bridge opened its new state-of-the-art freestanding children's hospital, marking an exciting new chapter in pediatric care for the region
In collaboration with the internationally recognized congenital heart team at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Mary Bridge is building a high-acuity pediatric cardiac program,. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a premier congenital heart center in the Pacific Northwest.
We are seeking a collaborative and engaged leader with a passion for advancing program growth, driving clinical excellence, mentoring colleagues, and fostering multidisciplinary teamwork. The Director will play a key role in program development and innovation while helping to establish a comprehensive children's heart center.

Compensation & Benefits:
• 2026: $832,775 annually + 9 weeks PTO
• 2027: $848,750 annually + 10 weeks PTO
