The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, competitive Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, W-2 position for someone who is motivated by performance, passionate about helping people, and eager to grow their career. You’ll meet with homeowners who have already contacted us, diagnose issues in their crawl spaces or basements, and provide solutions on the spot. With our proven system, strong support structure, and a steady stream of company-generated leads, this is a real opportunity to build a rewarding and financially successful career.

What You Would Do
- Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments throughout our territory
- Conduct detailed inspections of crawl spaces and basements
- Propose custom solutions that address each customer’s needs
- Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate documentation and use company software
- Participate in weekly in-person sales meetings at our Vilonia office
- Hit individual sales goals and support your team’s success
- Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience
What We Need From You
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, required
- Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or related industry, preferred
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces and attics, kneeling, climbing ladders, and moving through tight areas
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
