CNC Team Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
-
$28.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Second Shift
-
Hands-on machining role comes with the added responsibility of supporting production flow, maintaining quality standards, and providing leadership to the second shift team.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC vertical milling machines. Perform tooling changes, offset adjustments, and positional corrections.

Serve as a point person for second shift machinists.* Communicate daily production goals set by supervisory leadership.* Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.

Provide daily touchpoints and coaching to support performance.* Help make real-time operational decisions to keep production moving.
CNC Team Lead Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience (milling preferred).* Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading.

Experience with tooling, offsets, and high speed machining.* Ability to accurately use measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, optical equipment)

Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
