Dental Front Office Team Member

We are looking for an experienced, positive, and dependable Front Office Team Member to join our growing dental practice in South Jordan!
We are a busy, patient-focused dental office that takes pride in providing excellent care while creating a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about helping patients have a great experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check patients in and out with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
- Present and explain treatment plans and financial options
- Collect patient payments and assist with account management
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the front office team
- Help keep the schedule productive and running smoothly
- Provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through checkout
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
