Overview
Our Advanced Aesthetic injector and Wellness providers offer personalized aesthetic treatments including but not limited to Advanced Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, Aesthetic lasers and weight management. They consult with patients in detail regarding various aesthetic options to achieve their desired outcomes and assess the patients before and after results.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional, friendly client relationships.
- Perform all aspects of patient care applicable to cosmetic medicine as allowable by law.
- Be familiar will all retail products sold at the Practice as to promote effective home care.
- Perform thorough Aesthetic Consultations and assessments to ensure their suitability for non-surgical treatments, such as Neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, laser aesthetics and weight loss management.
- Conduct follow-up calls and e-mails
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Current, active practitioner license in good standing in the state of practice, with a minimum credential of Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- 3+ years of experience as an independent aesthetic provider
- Proven business-growth experience as evidenced by a lasting client-base with high- percentage retention.
- Demonstrated experience and success with all face, lip, filler injections.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, self-starting professional
- Basic computer skills needed
- Familiarity using EMR systems
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Saturday availability required
