Director of Rehabilitation
We're seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to provide leadership and direction for a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll help shape the vision for rehabilitation services, support the growth of your team, and partner with interdisciplinary leaders to deliver exceptional resident care.

Requirements
- Current TX licensure as a OT, PT, COTA, PTA or ST
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting.
- A collaborative leader who values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for developing others and leading with integrity.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
