Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to teach assigned courses in a variety of times and locations in response to institutional need, and maintain appropriate professional relationships with students, colleagues and community, Courses may include online courses and/or dual-credit/ early college classes.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
General knowledge of the Petrochemical and Environmental industry.
Must have worked with the various analytical instruments used in industry analytical laboratories and have good understanding of how the instruments work and how to trouble-shoot them.
Good understanding of the environmental regulations as they apply to the petrochemical industry.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate in Applied Science in Environmental/Petrochemical Lab Technology ORBS in Chemistry.
Three (3) years related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience.
