Job Overview
At One Stop Heating and Air Conditioning, we're looking for a customer service representative to answer customer calls, assess their needs, and walk them through effective solutions to their questions and grievances. We are looking for candidates with a high emotional intelligence and ability to serve our customers with empathy. We are looking for a candidate who can prioritize tasks, schedule their time, and manage multiple tasks. We expect our ideal candidate to be punctual and arrive to work on time.
2 weeks of on-the-job training Monday-Friday 7AM - 4PM
Duties
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Providing accurate and complete information to customers who contact via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving Customer Concerns: Listening to customers, documenting issues, and helping to resolve conflicts
- Maintaining Customer Relations: Working to maintain good relations with customers
- Working with the Credit Department: Resolving disputed credit items with the credit department
- Scheduling: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing clientele to schedule routine and emergency appointments.
- Objection Handling: You will be responsible for handling objections with both inbounds and outbounds. We are approaching the season we will call customers to get on the schedule. You'll be tasked with overcoming objections and pushing to book appointments
- Additional Tasks: May include after-hours scheduling on a rotated schedule and short-term dispatching of field employees.
Experience
Education and Experience. High school diploma or equivalent. 2–5-year experience in a customer service environment. Intermediate knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within HVAC.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
