About the Client:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide or CNA to assist a female client living at home with her husband in the Charlotte area.
The client has mobility as well as communication limitations. She uses a wheelchair and and is considered a fall risk.
Shifts Available:
- 7a-7p and 7p-7a
- Includes every other weekend & holiday rotation
Rate of pay:
$17hr for Home Health aide and CNA
Responsibilities:
- Assist with safe transfers
- Provide mobility support and fall prevention
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor respiratory status and provide support as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Communicate clearly and patiently due to cognitive/communication challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications:
- CNA certification or Home Health Aide experience preferred
- Experience with mobility assistance and fall-risk patients strongly preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols
