Job description:
Hiring Office Manager at multiple levels (Mid and Senior).
Join an established, well-known high-end home builder delivering exceptional, multi-million dollar residential projects. We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and serve as a central point of coordination for the team.
This is an administrative, office-based role. Primary focus is keeping the office organized, managing internal processes, handling bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, and supporting client and employee onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an efficient, organized workspace
- Manage and track invoices and expenses, and handle bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Run payroll
- Handle employee onboarding (in-processing) and offboarding (out-processing), including paperwork, coordination, and internal setup and removal
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate office schedules, meetings, and team logistics
- Maintain vendor and subcontractor records, including insurance and contracts
- Order office supplies and handle general administrative needs
- Provide support to the project teams as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, clients, and vendors
- Support onboarding of new clients, including organizing documentation and communications
Qualifications
- Experience with QBO is required. A minimum of 3 years is preferred.
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and create new systems
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and software (Buildertrend)
- Prior construction or related industry experience preferred
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required

Salary:
- $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
