Schedule: First, Second, and Third shifts available; overtime and weekends as needed

About the Role
We are seeking dependable and physically capable Production Team Members for our Processing (Cook) department. This role is responsible for cooking and handling food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on production role where success is based more on physical ability, reliability, and safety than prior experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook and prepare food products according to production recipes and standards
- Handle raw and cooked food ingredients in a safe manner
- Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- Support production flow and team goals
- Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally (team lift with assistance)
- Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet environments
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
- Food production or kitchen experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Spanish-speaking candidates welcome)
