Seasonal Part-Time Customer Service Associate
Pear Bloom Farm – Hood River, Oregon
Pear Bloom Farm is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Customer Service Associate to help create an exceptional guest experience during our U-Pick and farmstand season.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide information about farm activities, U-Pick offerings, and events
- Check guests in and collect admission fees
- Process purchases using the Square POS system
- Assist customers in the farm boutique and answer questions about products
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
- Restock merchandise and support daily farmstand operations
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable handling transactions and using technology
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to engage with guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when needed
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Weekend availability required
- A love of flowers is a HUGE plus
Pay: $18.00 per hour
