Production Supervisor
Titan International- Freeport, IL
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm – 11:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:45 pm – 7:00 am
- Average Shift Length: 8.5–9 hours
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all personnel and departmental operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, housekeeping, and ISO procedures
- Maintain thorough knowledge of equipment and production processes
- Train, evaluate, and develop team members
- Enforce company policies, rules, and procedures
- Communicate plant status to incoming shift Supervisor and Area Manager
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a unionized setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
